Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Operational AI Systems Ltd("we", "us") and govern your use of Get The Offer, including our website and Chrome extension (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

What the Service does

Get The Offer helps you find and track job opportunities, generate and tailor CVs and cover letters, prepare for interviews, and close skill gaps. Some features use AI.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to submit false or misleading information in job applications;
  • use it to send spam, harass others, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • use it to process other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate CVs, cover letters, answers and other content. This content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you send it to an employer. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — including interviews, offers or employment.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to the processors described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you provide.

Subscriptions and payment

Parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Cancellation and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Your Data. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of employment opportunities, or loss of data; and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Waleshave exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
